About this role

As Program Manager, Talent, you will lead Partcloud’s efforts in ensuring the availability of high-quality no-code talent to execute client engagements alongside internal delivery teams. This will include building programs that ensure a steady talent pipeline of newly trained and experienced no-code talent globally.  You are a great fit for this role if you are a problem solver with excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to adapt to different audiences and the drive to take ownership of the role. You will set out the vision for expanding the team and collaborate with other internal teams to collaboratively drive company-wide efforts within the organisation. 



  • Manage communications with existing and prospective no-code talent
  • Conduct interviews to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates for client engagements
  • Implement strategies to grow Partcloud’s no-code talent pool
  • Develop and refine systems to ensure talent satisfaction throughout the Partcloud engagement process, from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Liaise with other delivery team members to ensure the successful delivery of client engagements
  • Own, implement and evolve Partcloud’s no-code learning programs


Qualifications & Requirements


    • Experience with HR and/or Communications: You have strong communication skills and are capable of serving the best interests of the talent and the team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills: You are able to present, defend, and critique your ideas, challenge assumptions, and react positively to changes in the task at hand. You are also inclined to present problems together with potential solutions where possible.
    • Role Ownership: you are able to take ownership of your role and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Bias for action: you have a strong inclination for getting things done swiftly yet thoughtfully
  • Great overall communication skills: you seek feedback, ask for help and work well within a team. 
  • Curiosity: You have a genuine curiosity about technology, design, people and life
  • Attention to detail: you have an inclination for incisiveness in your work
  • Bonus: Familiarity with building in no-code is a plus
